Use the attached Excel sheet as a guide for the recruitment grid portion of your assignment. You should submit something similar detailing a tool that could be used in selecting an employee to fill the role of the job description attached. You must fill in the highlighted areas (essential and desirable job qualifications). You can include more than 4 requirements in each area if you like. You can adjust the tool to fit best the role to be filled.
Include instructions in the matrix on how to use the tool (revise instructions on the template).
