U7: Leader Project Assignment
Instructions
- Select a well known leader.
- Find at least 3 sources which discuss this leader.
- In your paper, explain in sufficient detail:
- Identify the leader and how he or she became a leader.
- Why is this person considered a leader?
- What characteristics or traits does this leader have?
- How do they use power?
- Which leadership theory do they seem to embody and why?
- What lessons can we learn from this leader?
- What conflicts or difficulties did this person lead through?
- Would this person be a leader in a different situation?
Guidelines
- Length: Paper should be 5-6 pages in length and properly cited using APA style. Paper should include a minimum of 3 sources.
- Format: Follow correct APA Style and include all required components. At least one of your sources needs to be an academic source.
