In Units 1-5 you took self assessments from the textbook and reflected on your findings in journal entries. Now it is time to put all of that information and information you have learned from the class into a leadership profile and development plan.

Instructions 

Your profile should include the following:

1. Overall how do you see yourself as a leader and a follower? ( 5 points)
   1. Describe your leadership traits and your followership traits.
   2. Remember we are all followers and most of us are leaders at some level.
2. Recap of the self assessments. (15 points)(Big 5 and Motives from week 1, Task vs People from week 2, Power, influence, politics and influencing techniques from week 3 and values from week 5)
   1. List your score or result of each self assessment from the various homework assignments.
   2. For each assessment, describe if you agree with the outcome/score.
   3. Regardless of your score or outcome, how would you like to improve in this area or change your result?
   4. List out specific steps you will take to improve in each area.
3. As you reflect on the areas of leadership we have covered in this class, what areas appeal to you the most? (15 points)
   1. Where would you like to learn and grow more?
   2. Establish 4 specific goals that will help you in leadership development in the next 5 years.
   3. What actions do you need to take to achieve these goals?
4. Who can you engage to help you on your leadership journey? This might be a friend, coworker, mentor, boss. (5 points)
   1. What specific steps will you take to engage this person in your leadership journey?
   2. What sort of time line will you use to get this person to start working with you on your leadership journey?
