Questions:
1- I’d like you to write down your answer to the question “What is Theatre?” You can base your answer on personal experience, something that you’ve read before, or even just your out of nowhere opinion here at the outset of this course. There’s no definite right or wrong answer here, but it will help me gauge what you think about theatre as an art form and help me figure out how to build appreciation ™ for it. Plus! it will force you to think about what you already know or assume about the subject of the course.
2- Now that we have talked more about a definition for Theatre and I’ve given an example of one, write a paragraph about how your understanding of the course topic has changed. Make sure to specifically identify what assumptions changed and what made you think differently.
